i need to know if $ 4,500 per person is a good deal. Its inclusive of taxes and flights and 2 5-star hotels with 3nights each, total of 6 nights with breakfast and 2 tours and 3-hour spa treat, entry to “ZA IA” (show), airport transfers, and a river cruise. Thanks!!!

My partner has a lot of contact with his ex even though they split up 3 years ago and he’s been with me for a year. He told me their relationship was a nightmare and she caused him a lot of stress. Yet they still phone each other regularly and he’s always rescuing her – fixing broken cupboards or lending her money. He phoned her while we were on holiday to ask her to collect his mail. Yesterday I went over there and there’s some new furniture in his house – turns out it’s hers and he’s storing it for her. I haven’t said anything but I feel really disrespected. Is he out of line??

He’s out of line definitely…sounds to me like you’re in a 3 person relationship there, and who wants that! Sounds to me like his ex doesn’t want him, but likes to think that he still wants her (even though he’s with you) maybe she’s on an ego trip. Either way it’s not healthy for them to be so close when he’s supposed to be in a relationship with you.
Look deep into yourself, and ask yourself if you deserve this? Is this what I want from a boyfriend?
If the answer is “I do not deserve this, and I do expect to be treated with more respect” then tell him to choose. If he doesn’t want to give up his “friendship” with his ex…Dump the toad, because that boy still has feelings for her and his ex knows it!
I’m giving you this advice based on my own experience, I was with a girl who was in constant contact with her ex, i came to realise that i was disrespecting myself by letting her disrespect me.
I ended it and am now in a loving 2 person relationship.

In addition, the economic downturn has resulted in large numbers of job loss, leaving homeowners struggling to make their mortgage payments.
Those with rising financial pressures are motivated to sell quickly, so they often lower their asking price, and work with a real estate agent. Because times are tough right now, permanent house swapping is a trend that’s gaining momentum because it brings together motivated buyers and sellers.
To find prospective swappers, homeowners join one of the many websites dedicated to real estate matchmaking. Sites like OnlineHouseTrading.com, DomuSwap.com, GoSwap.com, and even Craigslist.com allow owners to post an advertisement of their property and specify what they’re looking for in return. Some sites are free to use, while others charge fees to access full listing details.
Many of the swapping sites also feature posts from international users, for people who want to look for a home outside American borders.
People who are trying to sell their home on their own, as well as those working with a realtor, are feeling hopeful about online house swapping as a new marketing arena. Hard numbers aren’t available yet to tell us how many successful exchanges have occurred, but hundreds of people are joining these sites each month. Of course, the more members each site has, the more potential buyers there are. This increases your chances of having a successful home exchange.
One caveat involved with house swapping is the fact that each party must be willing to live in the other person’s area. Matching location, price, and property needs can be difficult, especially if either party has a family that’s moving in tow. He or she can take care of the details of the sale, advertise your home using these swap sites, and market the home using other venues.

I have befriended an American mum at my sons Playgroup and she is hosting this party early next month . From what she has told me everybody makes and swaps christmas cookies (she was kind of vague on the details and I haven’t actually received an invitation) and she has also told me that parties are popular in the USA. She should contact you and tell you how many people are attending. Bake one kind of cookie, a dozen for EACH person attending. Package each dozen of your cookies in individual packages (festive counts!). The others attending will bring a dozen for EACH person attending and you will go home with X dozen cookies baked by the others.
Bring extras to pass and taste. Wine is usually served and festivities abound.
